I run a secure environment with 500 clients, none of the clients or servers ever touch the internet and will never be allowed to. The can be off the domain for 4 to 5 months at a time. For some reason my company has not gone with a volume license for Windows 7, no idea why I don't deal with that side of things. however we have enough Windows 7 Enterprise licenses to cover all the clients. i really don't want to do a phone activation for each of the clients constantly. What are my options? Our licensing guy suggested using Windows 7 Ultimate, but I haven't managed to find anything to say it would solve this problem.

Hi, If the keys are not purchased via Volume License, I'm afraid that you have to active the systems by Online or Phone.
