Thanks Wolfie. I had found it in the Action Center already. The point is that the Windows help doesn't have an entry. Even though, if you open the Reliability report and click on HELP to get to Windows Help, there is an entry in the same HELP system for the reliability report. It's a bug. NOT a feature.
