Windows 7 64 Bit, Missing NPPTools.dll
I searched the HD and could not find npptools.dll. I reinstalled the software 3 times. I removed the software 2 times and reinstalled with the same error. This Laptop is about 3 weeks old. My problem is with an emulator that has screen graphics. The acutal
error message follows.
"The program can't start because NPPTools.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
Thank you

Hi,
Before moving on, let me know the software which failed to install.
Please first make sure if the program which you would like to install is fully compatible with Windows 7. You can contact the software manufacturer to
consult this. Also, you can try running this program in compatibility mode.
How to run an application with Compatibility Mode:
===================================
1. Right click on the program's shortcut or executable file and select Properties.
2. Switch to the Compatibility tab.
3. Check the “Run this program in compatibility mode for” box.
4. Click on the drop down menu arrow and select which version of Windows the program was made for and click OK.
Additionally, please refer to the following link to see if it helps:
