I searched the HD and could not find npptools.dll. I reinstalled the software 3 times. I removed the software 2 times and reinstalled with the same error. This Laptop is about 3 weeks old. My problem is with an emulator that has screen graphics. The acutal error message follows. "The program can't start because NPPTools.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." Thank you

Hi, Before moving on, let me know the software which failed to install. Please first make sure if the program which you would like to install is fully compatible with Windows 7. You can contact the software manufacturer to consult this. Also, you can try running this program in compatibility mode.
