Hi I have had a new laptop, HP G62, since December running Windows 7. All was good and it came pre-loaded with Windows Live Mail which I started to use. It was linked to my hotmail account, also being recieved by my Blackberry with no problems. After an update was automatically installed on my laptop I have had a problem with the mail. Everytime I open it It crashes before I can do anything! I get the blue revolving circle pointer and the programme will not respond. I have searched all over the net and cannot find a solution that works anywhere. I have tried to re-install the programme, closed it using Ctl, Alt, Dlt, and getting pretty angry! Please HELP! I have tried everything I can for someone who is not massivly computer minded! Thanks Sam
