I would like to inform Microsoft that the dialing rule for South Africa (27) is incorrect. The International Access number at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Telephony\Country List\27\InternationalRuleis still incorrect. It changed from 09EFG to 00EFG a number of years ago. This is simple to change but it would be great if it was corrected in the final version of Windows 7.
