Hello i have do tow folders , encrypt .. and i have move it to second hard disk and format and i re-install the windows 7 and i can't remove the encrypt . tell me what i do ? I

i have did this before i do format http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Encrypt-or-decrypt-a-folder-or-file and the files in the folder color is green , i need to recovery the key but i don't know how or to remove it i need to fix it please

So you used EFS for encryption. If you have re-installed your OS before decryting them then I don't a way to decrypt them.
