I have a Dell Vostro 1320 which came with Windows 7 Ultimate installed which functions perfectly but when i create a second user with administrative priveleges and login I get the message 'no such interface supported' when i wish to see the disk drive or use the control panel or use explorer. Essentially I have no access to the machine. Although FireFox functions. I have tried various times to delete the user and begin again but with the same response. Does nayone have an idea what this might be? Thanks. David
