settings, etc. The problem that we are seeing is that on about half of our systems, when the person clicks the "Print" button (within the printer selection window) to actually send the output to the printer, what prints out is a image of the underlying screen
(that we want to print) with the printer selection window on top of it (like it has taken a screen shot instead of printing the underlying actual window of data. I have compared settings among multiple machines and they are at the same SP level and all program
settings appear to be identical. The only way we have found to get around this is to actually drag the printer selection window off to the side so it is not on top of the data we want to print. While this works, it is an annoyance and really shouldn't be necessary.
I have 2 systems at my desk currently (one that prints properly and another that doesn't) so can test out any suggestions that might be put forth. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.
