I enabled folder redirection for My Documents and Desktop folders to redirect to \\fileserver\users\. I was under the impression from the technet information that this redirection would be available offline, however if I take my machine off of the network the items on my desktop are not available. Because of this I configured the Offline Files GPO to use \\fileserver\users\%username%\documents and \\fileserver\users\%username%\desktop as offline files, but I'm not sure this will work. How can I configure it so that desktop and my documents on each workstation have a local copy on the workstation and on the file server?
