Windows 7
I brought a new PC about a year ago with Vista already installed, I have had nothing but trouble with it. Vista is the worst operating systm Micosoft has ever brought out so when I saw Windows 7 I took a chance, backed up my files and installed it onto my HP Pavillion.WOWIt's so fast, boots quicker more stable, although I did have to re install my printer/scanner driver; and it does not try to re install the printer every time I boot up like Vista did. Saved me buying a copy of XP for now.Think Micosoft should let us keep the program for good being vista is such a dog, and I am not the only one who thinks that.

Graham - Glad to hear you're having a good experience with Windows 7. For what it's worth, Vista has it's issues - and I'm thinking if you're having an issue with printer drivers needing to be reinstalled every time you boot, then something may be wrong with the drivers themselves. If the driver is installed correctly, there should not be a need for a reinstall - unless somehow you've got Windows set to reset itself to it's default state. But then, you'd have likely noticed other issues - such as an inability to save anything permanently on the hard drive.
