Everytime I reboot my computer, windows wont start the background with the taskbar.I just get a black screen with one open window of "my Documents".I have to "Ctrl alt Del" to enter the task manager and I have to make a new task with "explorer".When I do this the computer loads completly so to say.I was wondering how this happen and how I can fix this problem.

Hi,maybe the winlogon shell entry in the registry contains the wrong information. Hit "Ctrl+shift+escape". On the applications tab, click "New task" and type regedit, click ok. Expand the next branch: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\WinlogonDouble click the shell string in the right pane and delete the current value, replace it with just "explorer.exe" (without quotes). Click "ok" and close the registry editor, reboot the machine and check for the issue. My English is not very well.
