Windows 7, VPN on 2003 Active Directory Domain
I have 2 Windows 7 Pro installations and both are having problems after connecting VPN. We have a very simple VPN configuation for PPTP, simple non-AD username and password and you're in and can access anything inside the network. However, now we get all of these credential windows from servers popping up windows asking for usernames and passwords and when we put them in, our accounts get immediately locked out. We use Sharepoint, SQL, and other Client Apps, and I've never had this problem on XP. This might be fine for an IT guy, however, I can't have all these servers popping up asking for usernames and passwords to average end users. When the person connects via VPN, it needs to use their logged in username and password for all servers. I've also added a host file with all pertinent IP's and hostnames. I've read other forums and most of my VPN users work inside and remote so removing all of their networked printers and file shares is not an option. Does anyone have a clue that could help me?
