Windows 7, 0x0000009f: Shut Down Issue
http://cid-d8620c5259db3265.office.live.com/embedicon.aspx/.Public/103110-8892-01.zip I've looked around this discussion board and it seems that everyone is uploading their minidump file to solve this problem, so I'm doing just that. This problem came up 2 nights ago when I believed the computer would shut itself down promptly at nights when in fact it never did when I wake up the following mornings. Thank you for your kind services here! -- D

Also, analysis of the minidump file shows the problem is related to the usbaudio.sys. The usbaudio.sys is the Window's USB Audio Class Driver. So look for any device driver related to USB and audio. One such driver may be the vrtaucbl.sys which appears to be a driver for "Virtual Audio Cable". Can you uninstall that program and see if the BSOD resolves? Also, I would recommend to update the Realtek NIC driver: http://www.realtek.com/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=7&PFid=10&Level=3&Conn=2 BTW, did the start of the problem coincide with any change to the system such as installing new software or hardware?
