Hi, I have just upgraded my PC a few days ago and clean installed Win 8 pro.Now if I don't upgrade to win 8.1 and clean install Win 10 iso,when it releases, using a USB,will it activate itself using the valid 8 key?Or must I upgrade to win 8.1 prior to that?Please help

We cannot use Windows 8 product key to activate Windows 10.

The proper way to get Windows 10 for free is to upgrade to Windows 8.1, and then when Windows 10 is released, you can get it for free.

If you are running Windows 8 Enterprise edition then directly able to update windows 10. Except to Enterprise all other edition users first need to 8.1 after that they will be allowed to install or download Windows 10 which comes on this July 29^th
