I purchased a Brand New Dell Venue 11 and went to setup my preinstalled 8.1, but every time I go to set up Windows 10 trys to launch and I have to shut down. How can I prevent this from continuing? I want 8.1 not 10.

You can skip the Windows 10 upgrade. Anyway I strongly recommend you to upgrade to Windows 10

but agree with Yannick Plavonil upgrade to Windows 10 is recommended, but since this OS is OEM I suggest you contact device manufactured as well for advices, driver should be available
