Windows 10 Enterprise To Go won't boot

Hello,

I installed Windows 10 Enterprise To Go to a usb stick. However, when I try to boot from it, it goes to the Windows 10 boot screen but it stays there with the blue window and the circle spinning. I left it for 3 hours but it will not go on to load the welcome screen or whatever it should show next. I tried to format the usb stick and put Windows 10 To Go again into it, but the same problem occurs again. It does not freeze or lag, the circle spins ok but the pc won't leave that screen.

Please, do you have any suggestions on how to resolve the problems?

Thank you in advance

Try another USB Port.

Try to boot in to Safe mode and recheck the issue:

Log out and go to the sign in screen.

Hold down the shift key on your keyboard while clicking the Power button on the screen.

Continue to hold down the shift key while clicking Restart.

Continue to hold down the shift key until the Advanced Recovery Options menu appears.

Click Troubleshoot

Click Advanced options

Click Startup Settings

Click Restart

Choose Enable Safe mode with networking

Wait while Windows 10 starts in safe mode.

You can use WinToUSB to create a VHD-based Windows To Go Workspace. VHD-based Windows To Go has best compatibility when using non-certified drives such as a USB stick to create Windows To Go workspace.

1. Even the move was not exact. Problem is with W 10, not with W 8.1.

2. What procedure has you followed? Write reference to realiable source....

3. Problem my stem from using USB stick which is not suitable for to go installation.
