We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here If you have any questions about the procedure please ask

Hi,

There are many reasons for the DPC Watchdog issue such as hardware incompatibility and Windows errors. You mentioned when you watching youtube you will get the error. Therefore, I guess there may something wrong with your device driver or browser.

Firstly, please try to update your network driver, video driver and display driver in device manger. Just right click the This computer > Manage > Device manger. Then right click the driver > Update the driver software.

Secondly, try to disable the add-ons in browser.

Except for add-one, please also disable GPU for Internet Explorer. In Internet Explorer interface, just click Tools > Internet options > Advanced > Check Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering.

In addition to that, I suggest you would better send the dump file which another reply has mentioned. We can help you better according to the file.

Best Regards
