can not displaydetail of WindowsAPICodePack.chm - Navigation to the webpage was canceled in the 32 bit w7 ultimate. the left hand pane (for content, index..) do get displayed but the the right hand pane has"Navigation to the webpage was canceled ..."

Hi, Does file on local computer? If not, download the .chm file to your computer first, right-mouse click it and select Properties. Then click Unblock.If not, please uncheck Protected Mode in IE to test the issue. Hope it helps.
