This is a recurring error when I try to run a clean install of windows using my HP Recovery disks. I have used these before with no problems but now I continue to get a red screen CTO error flag 950 HP Pavilion p6-2316s

Unplug the Ethernet cable until the system recovery is complete.

Since this issue happen at Recovery process, the best way is contact HP

I would suggest you to remove any 3rd party HW attached during recovery process

and this issue also maybe caused if there is HW changes after this PC setup at the 1st time (non-OEM hardware)

little possibility your HP RCD, but ask HP to confirmed that
