Hi Jetgriff,

Please scapture the error message to my email v-loew@microsoft.com.

Other questions:

1. Please confim whether other users can launch the apps, such as with administrator user.

2. Which apps you cannot loading? All apps have the same issue on current client?

3. When did this issue fist happen? And what did you do before the errors?

I could get them and load/buy when I first bought the new computer then I got rid of nortons and put in updates to everything and AVG, then rebooted and gone....

So I used the "reset"lost all my everything but got apps back. So loaded all back on and gone....

Also when I "turn off"and n"Adobe flash player goes and needs reinstalling.

Tried everything including switching off the anti virus.

Skype will not load from app but I get over that by installing it on my computer normally.

Now when I try to buy an app... the store says it cannot connect because of a network connection timed out but try again.. this time ok....

I go to the app I want to install and click "buy" and get this in a stranger than the usual font

>click apps not installed on this PC.

Hi ,

I notice you mentioned that the issue is caused by uninstall nortons , now pelase let me know where you purchase your laptop? Is nortons pre-installed with OS?

You can contact the vendor to get more information about it.

Thanks,

Hi Leo..

this is an HP Omni 27-1200A all in one computer.

yes Nortons was preloaded..

I purchased it from  http://www.elive.co.nz/

.. Now I did a reset, lost everything that I had installed, Nortons was of course back.

I did a quick check but the apps were still not loading.. perhaps Norton's was not involved or in uninstalling it the first time left a reg key still there...

But you can see from my posts above the matter is resolved somewhat although not all apps are working.. but the ones I use most are. I will keep playing around until all are working..

It's a problem as they say! :-)

Can you comment on that "funny" text to the "our purchase cannot be completed" picture above. I only get it from the "Store"
