Trying to finish up a computer refresh and I keep running in to these two issues where the software wont install. They start fine and then just hang at the installing window.  I dont see any errors in the logs related to Java for VS failing. Ive tried "Run as administrator" rebooted and tried each on their own.  Anyone have any thoughts?

UPDATE: Windows Installer server goes to status Stopping when trying to install.

Hi,

Have you installed any security application on your system? If that it is, try to disable them temporarily for test.

On the other hand, try to make clean boot with your system, then restart the computer and reinstall these two app for test.

You can try to perform a Clean Boot to check whether this problem caused by 3rd program or service start with system. Refer to the link below for more details.
