Hi, we are experiencing some issues on our network, clients PCs loses DNS resolution, there is no issues with the servers because if we just restarting the DNS service on the workstation the problem gets resolved but we cant constantly restart services when we have 1200 WINDOWS 7 PC's, there are no errors in the event log on the PC , the only indication is that the users cant resolve the server names. This problem is random and at any given time, it is not the DHCP lease time, we do have 2 DNS servers, one is a backup and the other one is the master, there is no duplicates in the data bases and the DNS address on the workstations are configured properly. Any Ideas? I strongly believe that it is a Windows 7 issue, because we have 100 XP PCs and there are no issues with them in the same subnet as teh Win 7 Thanks

Ok Thanks will try about 20 Pc's and report back in about a weeks time as it will give use time to see if the problem is still there .
