Win 7 Bitlocker problem
I am trying to start bitlocker encryption on a clients computer and i keep getting this message: "changes made to your computer require that you restart before running bitlocker setup". I have had the client turn off/on TPM and have ran a chkdsk /r on the computer and still get the same message. Does anyone know how to clear this up?

Hi, Before booting, please enable TPM in BIOS. Windows BitLocker Drive Encryption Step-by-Step Guide http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc766295(v=ws.10).aspx

I apologize for not being more specific. That is what i meant by turning the TPM off/on. I am of the belief that the TPM module itself is bad and have recommended that it be replaced. The link you provided does not address this issue either, because I have been through all of the guides, technet, and google. That is why I have posted it in here, because I didn't see anything that clearly defines this message error.
