Win 7 BACKUP
I changed my internal SATA disk (not system) and recreated the partition W7_BCK with drive letter (X:) as it was previously with disk I replaced. Now Backup will not work in any form. I see red X and disconnected, and Backup now is greyed out. It will also NOT respond to change setting or schedule Is this a feature? Or do I need to change my OS?

Please recreate the scheduled backup to back up to the X drive. Then it will work properly. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
