Win 7/64 locks up occasionally at the end of day's first start up
This is an occasional problem of Win 7/64 freezing at the end of the day's initial start up that's arisen in the past month or two. Occasional means once or twice a week at most, usually not at all. The last time before today was around Jan 21, after which I reinstalled MSE because I suspect it's related to it. Multiple anti-malware runs with different apps on a regular and ad hoc basis have turned up nothing (MSE, MBAM, SAS Pro, ESET Online Scanner). What occurs: At the end of start up, the last thing that opens on screen is Mailwasher Pro's view and I start leafing through the emails. The freeze starts either right as I start doing that or today after I had moved focus from one email to another in the list. The freeze itself shows onscreen as the whirling "circle" of system action and just keeps going, although the mouse cursor still moves. Calling up Windows Task Manager gets no response. At that point, I shut down the computer manually and reboot with no apparent problem. Looking at the logs, none of the Windows Logs show anything. But the Administrative Event Viewer today shows two Errors and one Warning before (or at) the time of the freeze. They are in order of occurrence: - Event 3, Kernel-EventTracing - Session "Microsoft Security Client OOBE" stopped due to the following error: 0xC000000D - Event 2005, PerfNet - Unable to read performance data for the Server service. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the status code, the second four bytes contains the IOSB.Status and the next four bytes contains the IOSB.Information. - (Warning) Event 11, Wininit - Custom dynamic link libraries are being loaded for every application. The system administrator should review the list of libraries to ensure they are related to trusted applications. Scrolling down the Admin Event Viewer, I see the Event 3 error and Event 11 warning occur on every startup, while the Event 2005 doesn't. Any ideas what might be causing this? Thanks, System: Gigabyte GA-MA790X-UD4P, AMD Phenom II X3 unlocked to X4, Radeon HD5670, 6 GB DDR2 RAM, 3 HDD/SSD

This issue is caused by software confliction. Either from the program Mailwasher Pro, or one of other programs that conflicts with Mailwasher Pro. I suggest you troubleshoot in Clean Boot Mode.
