Win 2008 R2 (RC) data corruption
I am testing my ethernet card by connecting two Win 2008 R2 (RC) machines back to back.
My card supports offload mode
The problem i am facing when i read or write data from one machine to another i see data get corrupted.
To access other machine I am using \\10.192.xxx.xxx\share command.
Another strange thing i noted is that if I map the same share on my machine and then write or read data. It does not show the above problem.
Can some one let me know
1) Whats the difference between accessing folde after mapping and using \\10.192.xx.xx\
2) This problem I see only with win 2008 R2 (RC) version. Not seen on Server 2008 SP2. Is there any change in 2008 R2 tcp/ip stack which can lead to this issue.
