Win 2000 Server invisible to Windows 7 Pro 32bit
I recently added a PC to my network which has Windows 7 Pro 32bit installed on it. It is able to see and connect to PC's running Vista 32bit, XP 32bit, 2000 Advanced Server and even NT 4.0 Workstation. However, I have one PC that is running Windows 2000 Server SP4 that although it can been seen by all other PC's it is invisible to my Windows 7 PC. I have tried changing LAN Manager authentication level to "Send LM & NTLM - use NTLMv2 seesion security if negotiated" to no avail. I can ping it and get a responce but cannot see it or connect using the NET USE command from the command prompt. Any suggestions as to what I can do will be greatly appreciated.

How does it work if you access the computer with specified IP address \\ipaddress and then refresh in the Network window? Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. I am unable to connect with the Windows 2000 Server PC by computer name, IP address, or DNS name. I continue getting a System Error 53 when using NET USE from a command prompt. I can ping the IP address or DNS name and will get a response (in fact the 2000 Server PC is my DNS server which the Windows 7 PC is using for all DNS services).
