WinXP Home shuts down when I connect my SONY DCR TRV-520 digital video camera to the COM port.
This happens whether I'm running the file transfer software (PictureGear 4.1) or not. Can't get stills off of my camera. Device Mgr indicates COM port is OK.1 person needs an answerI do too
