Win8.1 update KB3022345 fails every time with error 800F0922. Is there a solution?

Win8.1 update KB3022345 fails every time with error 800F0922. I tried the Find and Correct Problems built in the OS; also, stopped firewall, bits and wuauserv services, to no avail. Is there a solution?

By the way, I was not allowed to stop windefend service: access denied! Of course, I did try to do it as admin and ran taskmgr elevated, but the OS replied access denied!

ADDED: the Find and Correct Problems built in the OS deleted the whole list of updates.

I've just finished installation of this update on my 2nd computer, with no isues at all. Both are Win8.1 Pro, the 1st system has Windows Media Center, the 2nd has not.
