Win8.1 Pro Screwed

It would be wonderful to get an answer from MS - no one home. No one answers.

Ordered new Dell 8700 and received in Feb. w/Win8.1 Premium installed. Have Key.

Upgraded 6/15/15 to Win8.1 Pro ordered from MS. Have Key. Installed. Key worked. All well. Win 10 reserved.

Added update from MS and everything went to hell. No longer activated or activation suddenly bogus. One MS tech agreed that everything was legal on accounts, but tech did not know what to do. Said re-install 8.1 and then 8.1 Pro again. Why? If both good, why start over?

Tried restore from earlier. No good. Ran "Windows Genuine Advantage Diag Tool. Right version, right product, right ID, Wrong KEY! It is showing a key I have never seen. How did it get there? Three days ago, all was well and I was waiting for Win 10 that was reserved and now I have crap.

This all occurred from Windows Update. No other additions, changes. What gives MS?

(AV up to date and working.)

MGADiag is not designed to work with Windows 8. To run a licensing diagnostic, run this and then look at the report.txt it makes on the desktop.

Licensingdiag.exe -report %userprofile%\desktop\report.txt -log %userprofile%\desktop\repfiles.cab
