Hi,

I want to study developing windows apps. Then I install Win8.1 and VS 2013 on my machine, but when I create "Blank App" project, I couldn't get developer license.

The error message is: We couldn't get your developer license for Windows 8.1 Error 0x8024500C.

Is something wrong on my machine or software? How can I get the "developer license" without any error?

1. you need to have a valid windows 8.1 and VS 2013 install with PROPER KEY.

2. If the above is true you need to make sure you are connected to the internet.

3. If the above is true you need to be log on using ADMIN account and start VS as admin. Now you need to get the MS account promp use this powershell :Show-WindowsDeveloperLicenseRegistration
