Did you receive BSOD when issue occurs? If so, the issue should be related to the anti-virus program, or the network adapter driver. Please upgrade the network adapter driver. If the issue still occurs, temporary uninstall the anti-virus and monitor the issue.Arthur Xie - MSFT
