Hello Everyone, Still Have strange problem : Windows 7 Sp1 32bit clients, have an issue- their printers all mapped to the server (2008r2sp1), are occasionally once a day/week showing as offline. I Read lots of materials - have installed http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2713128#appliesto but after a week - still having the problem! Does Anyone have A solution ? pls dont post replay - to restart the spooler or update a driver or windows update or snmp uncheck - i need a fixed solution - thanks

1. Are there any traces in event logs? 2. Enable logging. Go to: Server Manager -> Diagnostics -> Event Views -> Applications and Service Logs -> Microsoft -> Windows -> PrintServer -> Operational -> right click on the right side under Actions "Enable Log"
