Win7 RC IE8 issues
So I still have one machinee running Windows 7 RC 32-bit...When I go to youtube and when I want to wach a video, they say I have to install Flash player (it's installed), and to enable Java (it is enabled)...Before I could solve this by clicking the compatibility button, but it doesn't show up when I'm on youtube (it does show up on other websites)...Youtube is the only website with tis problem, I can use everyting else that uses flash and java.........When I look at another machine (Win 7 RTM 64-bit) everything works fine, and the compatibilitiy butoon is present (and tuerned off)...What can I do to solve this?

Hi SparkyRih, Please try the suggestions below and see if the issue can be resolved: Reset Internet Explorer ========== Note: the following steps will remove all of installed add-ons and reset IE to default settings. We need to reinstall the add-ons after resetting. 1. Click "Start", type "inetcpl.cpl" (without quotation marks) into Search bar and press "Enter" to open the Internet Options window. 2. Switch to the "Advanced" tab. 3. Click "Reset" to reset Internet Explorer settings. 4. Check "Delete personal settings" box and click "Reset" to confirm the operation. 5. Click "Close" when the resetting process is complete. 6. Close the Internet Explorer window and restart IE to check the issue. For more information about how to troubleshoot the Internet Explorer 8 issue, please refer to the following article: You cannot view, access, or load some Web pages when you use Internet Explorer 8 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/967897 Please check if the issue can be resolved. However, if the issue persists, please try uninstalling and reinstalling Flash Player and Java 6 update 14. JAVA SE runtime environment. Please Note: The third-party products discussed here are manufactured by companies that are independent of Microsoft. We make no warranty, implied or otherwise, regarding these products' performance or reliability. Regards, Linda
