Hi, First, I would like to ask whether you can not open the Programs and Features or the components can not be installed via Programs and Features? If it can not be opened, you may type %windir%\system32\control.exe /name Microsoft.ProgramsAndFeatures in the field of Run to see whether it can be opened.
