I have an issue with my wireless internet connection while running windows 7 professional, the symptoms are -Internet initially connects upon booting -disconnects after a random interval of time -This problem does not occur when running Ubuntu -When the internet shuts down, all other processes slow down -Music, videos, or games that are playing will drag I have an Acer 5542G series with an Atheros AR5B93 wireless adapter I have not attempted to connect with wired internet I have recently updated my wireless adapter driver All other wireless devices in the house are working fine If anyone thinks they can help me with this issue all advice would be greatly appreciated.
