Win-xp and Win-7 sharing problems
Ihave had 3 win-xp pro systems running with no problems sharing between any of them. I connected awin-7 pc and it can access 2 of the pc's but for the third one, it just refuses to connect. I keep getting: Network Error: Windows cannot access \\HOMEYou do not have permissons to access \\home. Contact your network administrator to request access.ALL of the pc's are on the same workgroup name and \\HOME is still accessable from the other 2 win-xp pcs with no problems. Why would the new win-7 pc have problems with only one ??? This pc is also where the printer is attached and probably because of that, I can't print anything.

Thanks for that tip, but like I had mentioned, I can see 2 XP machines, the only one that it does cannot access is the one called HOME. I have followed those directions numerous times..... Why would win-7 NOT want to connect to just one machine???
