Wifi connection problem
1. First of all, have you connectivity on the lower layer, I mean can you ping? What is the response to ping 8.8.8.8 2. If 1 id OK, then try the name resolution by pinging on name ping www.whitehouse.gov 3. If neither 2 nor 1 gives the proper response, then look into Device manager to see if there in unknown (wireless) device. If this problem occurs, then download and install with elevated rights missing driver. 4. You have not given any detailed information on Laptop type and vendor, type of installation, current status of updates etc AND any traces in event logs. Regards Milos

Hi, We got a new broadband wifi connection in my home. Except my laptop all my friends laptops get connected well without any problem. In my laptop I am getting the yellow warning symbol on my wifi signal often and often. I tried troubleshooting and diagnose the network connection but still the problem persisting. I tried for updating the adaptor driver software but it shows the software is up to date. I disabled and enabled the adaptor still it persists. I don't have any other know option. Can any one help me please.
