Widows Experience Index
I seem to be having problems running the Windows Experience Index.It always starts ok and then getsstuck on the Direct3D 9 aero test??its been there for about 1/2 hour before I finally cancel....and now its been shutting itself down for the past 20 minutes...Intel Core2..2.13ghz2.00 Gb RamW7 on a seperate HD ..4 installed 2in Raid with XP one for programs one for W7pk

Nvidea 8800 GT with the W7 drivers offered by the update service.But it had the same problem before installing the driver update.pk

Wasn't there a patch for this that was released at the same time as the beta went public? It was the same patch that fixed the mp3 issue, I believe.

Not really a helpful addition, but another comment, having the same problem myself, with a 8800GTX. And KB961367 is also installed.I cast Magic Missle at the Darkness

Try selecting Advacnced Tools on the left and then choose Clear all WEI Scores and re-rate the system.

in order to have a score you gotta be able to run the program......and we can start the program but it never finishes...stuck at a certain point ....see 1st post

When it goes to rate the system is when it freezes [and mandates a hard-boot to get out of unforunately].
