Hi all, How can i permanent disable a specific wifi network? My pc (with win7) switches over to this unprotected and bad signalstrength network instead of using my one wifi access. Changing the order does not help permanent ...

sounds like you may have never changed the default SSID on your wireless networkfrom Linksys, Netgear, or whatever. please change your SSID and setup WPA2-AESsecurity. then delete this other wireless network in Network and Sharing Center,Manage wireless networks. Yes, this is it.... "Click the Connection tab, clear the Connect to a more preferred network if available check box, and then click OK ." Thanx @ Dale Qiao. @Barb Bowman, sorry my network was already setup with my own SSID and WPA/AES/PSK.
