Why our local DNS Server discount user from Internet if user insert new internet address?
We have a local DNS server that has a strange problem. If a user insert new internet address then the DNS will disconnect that user from internet. So every time user want to insert new internet address he should repair his connection then refresh his browser to see the page. How can I fix this error?Nothing is Impossible

Would you detail the problem? Namely "If a user insert new internet address then the DNS will disconnect that user from internet" is not clear. What is the role od DNS? Is it part of Active Directory or standalone DNS with public addresses? Where doea the user insert new internet address - your users have administratove rights to configure DNS server? Regards Milos

We have two (2) external DNS IP address came from our ISP and that is use for Internet connection, also we have internal DNS IP address and that is use for accessing the network. That three (3) DNS Ip addresses are setup in the dns ip address under local area connection per workstation. If we did not put the Internal DNS IP address, we have an internet connection but the problem is very slow connection in accessing the network such shared folder in the network. But if we put the internal DNS IP address, we encountered problem in the internet. From time to time we need to refresh/repair the connection. What shall we do in that three DNS IP address? Or what is the best setup/configuration?Nothing is Impossible

Hi, Based on my research, you can try to use Query Forwarding and see how it works. If issue persists, due to the issue is related the configuration in your DNS Server. If your DNS Server is set up in a Windows Server, it is recommended to post the thread in Windows Server forums. Hope this helps. Jeremy Wu TechNet Community Support
