Hello Aviramof, Please understand that Windows 7 has released many update packages at the current time. First of all, be assured that youd already install Windows 7 RTM version on the computer (not beta or RC version). Then you might go to Start -> Control Panel-> Windows Update and then click Check online for updates from Microsoft Update to automatically install updates or directly go to Microsoft Update Catalog webpage to manually add updates.
