It seems like your Store process is still running in background. I had a same problem with some clients.

So I attempted to reproduce your issue.

The only way to have the Store process running in background in my case was to run the Store and then close it with the red cross. The Store window closed but was in Background. 

This case happened with all the "Metro UI" Apps.

You can also check if the Store is not in the "Startup" tab of your task manager.
