I would agree with you. In fact, when Microsoft offered testing Windows 7, they offered it for all the world and there was no exception.Nowadays, I'm living in the UK, soI will have a chance to pre-order Windows 7. However, Microsoft should offer pre-order sales fairly to retain its customers.To be honest I'm loyal to Microsoft and never be affected by these small problems, but for many people it would be a reasonable impact to change their minds.
