Hi Guys, This seems to not have fixed the issue. Hi, It seems the latest dump file has not been uploaded successfully. The size of it is 1 KB only.Kim Zhou TechNet Community Support

Yes the New Dump folder is zipped with one file inside because of only one crash thats why it is one kb :)

Hi, I suggest you uploading your dump file directly without zipping. If the dump file size is 1KB also, let us wait and see whether encounter the BSOD again. Kim Zhou TechNet Community Support
