Why does my PC keep crashing?
Hi guys, My PC keeps crashing! it is incredibly frustrating. I have asked on a forum and i know what the problem is. My driver for my graphics card needs updating https://skydrive.live.com/#cid=8FD5A6795E6C3CE4&id=8FD5A6795E6C3CE4%21107 This is a link to my 'New Dump' Files. I have tried to upgrade my graphics card driver but it seems it hasnt worked or i have done it wrong. Can you please check my dump files and confirm that i am crashing because of my graphics driver? Also if it is can you give me detailed information explaining how to update my driver? Thanks so much Max.

Hi, Firstly, I have to say the New Dump file is empty, please double check it. Meanwhile, I have checked your last dump file: 062412-48266-01.dmp in your SkyDrive, it shows error code 0x116. Please refer to Bug Check 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR for details. Therefore, please update the driver to latest and see how it works. Based on my research, the latest driver for NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 is 301.42 WHQL for Desktop, you can download it from NVIDIA download webpage. If issue persists, as it may be related to hardware, please also contact NVIDIA Support for help. Hope this helps. Jeremy Wu TechNet Community Support
