Why can a non-admin domain user on a Window 7 domain computer who is a member of the local Backup Operator group not create or schedule backups of his PC using Backup and Restore?
Backup and Restore will launch, but when "Set Up Backup", or "Create System Image" is chosen and the login credentials are provided, the system returns an error notifying the user that they must be an administrator. "The backup could not start due to an internal error: You must be logged on as admin to perform this task. 0x81000010" error when choosing Set Up Backup Just a generic "Windows Backup requires admin. priv." error when creating a system image.

We've done this, but the user is still not able to view individual files inside the archive. Is there any way around that short of making the user a full local admin?
