May we know which option should we select at the end of Edge Installation and what is the purpose of them?

1. Bootstrap Local Machine

2. Enable Replica

3. Replicate global Certificates

If the edge is deployed in the topology builder, and your networking is correct, then bootstrapping is necessary and will enable the edge to receive replicas from the CMS.  You won't need the oAuth certificate for this, just internal and external edge certificates that you should request from the deployment wizard.

After finish the installation of Edge Server, you could use the following Lync Server Management Shell on FE Server to check the CMS replication status: Get-CsManagementStoreReplicationStatus. Make sure Edge Server update cms to the latest status.
