Where is the list of trusted sites
I have a HP 3010 cumputer with Windows 7 Professional. I am using Internet Explorer 8 and McAfee Total Protection. My browser has added all mcafee.com related sites to the trusted sites, so there run in protected mode. I do not see this domain inside browser settings /security on the list of trusted sites. My question is: where is the list of the the current trusted site/domain (mcafee.com) on the Windows 7 system?

In the registry, you can find the trusted sites under: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ZoneMap\Domains HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ZoneMap\Domains You can find more info on IE security zones registry entries from the following KB: Internet Explorer security zones registry entries for advanced users http://support.microsoft.com/kb/182569 Regards, Salvador Manaois III MCSE MCSA MCTS MCITP:EA/SA C|EH CIWA ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bytes & Badz: http://badzmanaois.blogspot.com My Passion: http://flickr.com/photos/badzmanaois My Scripting Blog: http://sgwindowsgroup.org/blogs/badz
