Where is onedrive app?

when I updated my system to windows 10, I choose to download only one folder into my pc. Now this folder is the only one I can view! I don't know where can I reset it, and even I can, I also don't want to download everything to my pc. there is a reason I put those thing on the cloud, right?

Now the question is, who can I use one drive in old way? I want those field stay in cloud and only download it when I need to edit or use them

Onedrive is designed as a Sync'ing service so that you can access you files from all of your devices.  If you want to be able to "edit" something you either have to sync all the folders or go directly to onedrive and edit it there.  By not sync'ing automatically you will never know if you have the current version or a previous version so it is recommended.
